Indications
Safe-Guard® Paste is given orally to beef and dairy cattle. Refer to package insert for instructions and indications for treatment. Under conditions of continued exposure to parasites, retreatment may be needed after 4-6 weeks. 

There are no known contraindications to the use of the drug in cattle. For dairy cattle, there is no milk withdrawal period. 

Administration and Dosage
Safe-Guard® (fenbendazole) Paste is given orally. The dose is 5 mg fenbendazole/kg (2.3 mg/lb) or 11.5 g Safe-Guard® (fenbendazole) Paste per 500 lb body weight (227 kg).

Caution
WARNING: Cattle must not be slaughtered within 8 days following last treatment.

KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICATION OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN.
